Intro Call
During this call, we’ll determine if you’re a good fit for us and if we’re a great fit for you. This call is designed to gauge your level of interest in our franchise. We’ll answer any questions you have and get to understand your expectations of this endeavor. How fast do you want to go? Will you need assistance with financing? What is most important to you when making this decision? These questions and others will be covered during our discussion.
Overview Presentation
The overview presentation will help you begin to understand more about the Long Island Bagel Café Franchise business model. On this one on one screen share presentation we walk through what it takes to operate a Long Island Bagel Café, the support we offer, the costs to launch the business and more. We end the call by addressing any remaining questions you have and outlining a research plan to help you continue your discovery into our franchise opportunity.
Application Review Call
To proceed with your discovery of our franchise opportunity after our Overview call we require a franchise application form be filled out. Upon receiving back the application we will be able to send you our Franchise Disclosure Document and set up a time to review your application.
Business Validation
Homework and Research, we want franchisees to make informed decisions about moving forward with our brand, just as much as we want to make an informed decision about who we award locations to. We invite you to connect with our franchise owners and address any questions you have with our development team.
Meet The Team
Be prepared to be stuffed…with both more information about our franchise opportunity and a tasting that will leave you in a food comma. Our Meet the Team day gives you and our executive team the chance to meet one another in person as one of the final steps in your discovery process. You will visit our corporate offices, production facilities and see several stores and kitchens in full operation.
Agreements
Post Discovery Day, if all parties are in agreement, we will finalize your territory and prepare franchise agreements for your review. We will address any open issues and concerns that you and your professionals have and prepare for a franchise awarding date.
Award Territory
Welcome to the team! Whenever possible, we like to have an in person franchise signing and welcome candidates into the family by breaking bread together. We will introduce you to the your support team and launch you into pre-training.

This LI Bagel cafe has the BEST bagels I have ever had in my life. They're still soft and delicious 3 days after picking them up when wrapped tightly at home. Their breakfast choices are also great. They make a great avocado toast with tomato, red onion and egg sandwich which is delicious.
